All-Levels Jiu Jitsu

This class is designed to meet the needs of the general practitioner and covers anywhere from the fundamentals to intermediate techniques of Jiu Jitsu. Whether you’re an advanced practitioner looking to sharpen your skills, or a beginner learning the fundamentals and getting more mat time, this class covers techniques used daily by all members from white belt to black belt.

Adult Jiu Jitsu: Fundamentals

The curriculum covers the basic positions, escapes, reversals, and submissions of the art. Building the motor skills to assist the body in understanding the techniques, the fundamentals of Jiu Jitsu will always be the techniques you use daily in your journey. This class is designed for the very beginner with 0-2 years of experience, but all levels and experience are welcome.

Adult Jiu Jitsu: Advanced

The curriculum is a culmination of basic drills done repeatedly to improve proficiency and fine-tune movements, and advanced techniques that require a fundamental knowledge of the art. The advanced classes are designed to challenge the intermediate practitioner and push to improve sensibility, stamina, and technique at all levels.

Youth Jiu Jitsu

This program offers a comprehensive curriculum geared around preparing pre-teens and teens for the adult program. From learning to perform basic movements, techniques, and drills to enhancing proficiency and awareness in a live setting, our youth program will help to build your child’s focus and coordination.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

This class features the fundamental learning blocks of the art made fun for kids. While learning basic holds and positions, children interact with others in an environment made for socialization and exercise. This class challenges kids and helps them build problem-solving skills as well as learn to follow instructions. Even if your child is not currently being bullied, Jiu Jitsu is a great way to learn defensive tactics and release excess energy.

Kickboxing

This all-levels kickboxing class offers the fundamental movements and techniques used in striking arts, teaching the practitioner to block strikes while delivering their own punches, kicks, knees, and elbows along with strategies on how to execute each technique. This class is designed with the beginner in mind. You will get a great workout and learn to defend yourself while maximizing your cardio output and getting fit.

No-Gi Jiu Jitsu

This submission wrestling class covers all of the basic takedowns of wrestling as well as the techniques of Jiu Jitsu utilized without the use of the kimono (Gi). A basic t-shirt or rashguard with shorts or spats is generally worn. Singlets and Gi’s are not allowed. This class is designed for all levels.
